Bayer 04 Leverkusen is looking for the Kai Havertz of eSports

Training centres for young talent are now commonplace in real football! In eSports, however, most talented players, at least in Germany, can only dream of such professional training.

This is different at Bayer 04 Leverkusen. The club is looking for talented FIFA gamers from the age of 16 for a scholarship. The Werkself wants to promote the candidates just like the talents of real football.

The chosen one will get a place in the boarding school of Bayer 04 Leverkusen. Just like the talents of the Werkself from real football.

The gamer receives a scholarship, which includes nutrition or fitness advice in addition to his or her schooling. But of course, the eSport topics are not neglected during the training. Standard tactics coaching, game analysis and practice in dealing with the press are also part of the training.

If the potential scholarship holder impresses with his or her performance on the virtual pitch, a place in the VBL squad of Bayer 04 Leverkusen around Kai 'deto' Wollin and & Co. beckons from autumn 2021.
